co-op.care is building a member-owned care marketplace: professional care that people pay for, alongside reciprocal support neighbors give each other. Caregivers own the work, so they stay.
We are designing the first neighborhood circle right now, and we would rather design it around real answers than assumptions. Nine questions, about four minutes.
What this is, honestly
· This is research, not an application. Answering does not sign you up for anything and does not put you on a waiting list.
· We are early. The first circle is small and not yet operating at scale. We would rather tell you that than imply otherwise.
· Contact details are optional. Skip question 8 and your answers stay anonymous — there is nothing in them that identifies you.
· Answers go to the co-op to design the pilot. They are not sold, and they are not advertising data.

Thank you — that actually helps
Your answers are saved, and they go straight into how the first circle gets designed: what it offers, where it starts, and how ownership works.
We will not pretend this is more than it is. There is no waiting list and nothing is promised. If you left contact details, you will hear from a person, not a drip campaign.
