ComfortCard is the membership and the payment rail that ties it together. It’s a digital health-and-care identity — it lives in your phone’s wallet, not in your pocket — and it’s the on-ramp into everything else here.

How it works

Membership is $19/month or $199/year. The card carries your HSA/FSA eligibility and your documentation, so when you pay for qualifying care the pre-tax mechanism is already wired up rather than something you reconstruct at tax time. It’s also your sign-in across the cooperative’s surfaces, so your context follows you instead of being re-entered on every form.

In practice: The card is the first step. A member gets the ComfortCard, their LMN attaches to it, and from then on qualifying care routes through pre-tax dollars automatically.
