co-op.care Technologies LLC ("co-op.care," "we," "us") operates the website co-op.care. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Email address — collected when you sign a petition, join a waitlist, or submit an assessment or partner inquiry.
• Optional profile information — name, role, neighborhood, care situation description. Always optional unless stated otherwise.
• Pageview analytics — anonymous traffic data via Vercel Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).

How we use your information

• To notify you when enrollment opens or when the petition reaches its goal.
• To respond to assessment and partnership inquiries.
• To understand how many Boulder residents are interested in co-op.care — aggregate, never individual-level public reporting.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
• We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
• We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or behavioral targeting.

Data storage
Form submissions are stored in Supabase (supabase.com), a U.S.-based database provider with SOC 2 compliance. Email data is held only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

By using co-op.care you agree to the following.

This site is informational. co-op.care is a community organizing and enrollment platform for a worker-owned home care cooperative being developed in Boulder, CO. Signing a petition or joining a waitlist does not create a care services contract, establish a caregiver-client relationship, or guarantee enrollment.

Not medical advice. Nothing on co-op.care constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are facing a medical emergency, call 911. If you need medical guidance, contact a licensed healthcare provider.

HSA and tax information. Information about HSA/FSA eligibility is general educational information only and does not constitute tax or legal advice. Eligibility depends on your individual plan, income, and circumstances. Consult a qualified tax professional.

Content accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate, but we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of content on this site.

Links to third-party sites. co-op.care links to external sites (e.g., Boulder Community Health, Amazon affiliate links on affiliated sites) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
